We led a company-wide effort with their global data leaders to streamline the data lifecycle end-to-end, to enable AI powered solutions. We cut tool and data-source sprawl, defined what data is truly needed and for how long, and set governance for contractual and compliant use, privacy, and security. A central access model now enables safe reuse across teams. Results: lower subscription spend, lower data related risks, faster access, higher data literacy.
Global Diagnostics
We led the global deployment (11+ affiliates) of an AI-powered pricing platform and coordinated affiliate rollouts. We enhanced the collaboration in the cross-functional team and agreed clear price-decision rules using deal history and strategic guardrails. We embedded the recommendations into quoting workflows, set a weekly cadence, and installed metrics (approval time, price realization, adoption) to drive the right behaviours and demonstrate the impact. Results: consistent pricing across segments, protection of floor prices, and natural pull to the platform.
